When 3LS Inc. set out to celebrate ESOP Month, they weren’t interested in another run-of-the-mill company store or forgettable corporate swag drop. They set their sights higher on a fully customized Pop-Up Shop experience designed to spotlight what makes them powerful as a collective of changemakers, while still honoring the unique identity of each company within it.

The goal was connection but what they created, alongside the team of CreativeMC, went far beyond that. The result was a high-impact, deeply personalized branded merchandise program that sparked energy, strengthened bonds, and amplified a shared sense of ownership pride across the entire organization.
MEET 3LS
3LS Inc. is a family of employee-owned companies on a mission to empower good in the world. They are changemakers serving changemakers, partnering with other organizations driven by purpose and the belief that business can lead to positive and meaningful lasting impacts.
As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), ownership isn’t just a structure at 3LS, it’s a mindset woven into their culture. Lauren, their Marketing Director, intentionally partnered with us at CreativeMC, a fellow ESOP company, to bring their online pop-up shop to life.
THE SPARK
Lauren set out to create something truly meaningful for their employee-owners in honor of ESOP Month. Her vision went beyond design, she wanted to showcase each company’s individuality with thoughtful placement. By putting the Changemaker logo on the front and each company’s logo on the sleeve, Lauren created an online platform that was seamless to use on both the front-end and back-end. With nearly 20 companies represented, this required thoughtful customization, flawless execution, and a streamlined ordering experience for employees across every location.

THE ALIGNMENT
To bring Lauren’s vision to life, we focused on creating an experience that felt as thoughtful as the people behind it. Junior Brand Stylist, Claudia, worked with our cross-functional teams to build out a custom page that made browsing and ordering simple yet engaging. In addition to producing custom t-shirts for each company, she created branded mailers and branded palm cards.Curating a collection of promotional products that make every touchpoint feel personal from order to delivery. This attention to detail ensured that their pop-up shop experience felt intentionally branded,not transactional, and in true alignment with the 3LS mission of collaboration and support

The Pop Up Shop went beyond an online store, it became a cultural moment. The launch sparked instant excitement and engagement, helping employees feel both connected to the 3LS shared mission and their unique company identity.
