Hashicorp Biergarten Happy Hour Event
Valerie wanted more than standard swag so she partnered with Senior Brand Stylist, Jackie Gregoire, to turn an Oktoberfest-inspired happy hour at TechXchange into an immersive, playful experience that felt unmistakably HashiCorp.
MEET HASHICORP
HashiCorp helps teams build and operate cloud infrastructure by making it easier to manage, secure, and automate applications at scale. Valerie Juarez, Sr. Field Marketing Manager at HashiCorp, spearheaded this project.
THE SPARK
Valerie came to us looking for creative ideas that would complement the event’s Oktoberfest-inspired theme, held at a biergarten in October. We landed on a cohesive mix of branded experiences and giveaways, including custom bag-toss boards, oversized yard games, branded solo party cups, raffle prizes, and event t-shirts - all designed to elevate the playful, festive atmosphere.
THE ALIGNMENT
This was a one-off, exclusive event for HashiCorp clients in Orlando, FL: HashiCorp Biergarten Happy Hour at TechXchange.
Despite a tight turnaround ahead of October’s iconic Oktoberfest season, our team moved quickly to design, produce, and deliver all items on schedule. Ensuring everything was ready in time for the event.
These ideas felt intentional and true to Hashicorp’s values of cultivating community while creating opportunities.
THE SHINE
Partnering with Valerie to bring her vision to life was a highlight. Donning Hashicorps logos and brand colors, the custom games looked fantastic in the outdoor event space. The final setup created a lively experience for attendees, designed to amplify the festive, playful vibe.
