CreativeMC Office Environmental Policy

CreativeMC is committed to operating sustainably and reducing our carbon footprint. Informed by the guidelines and standards we’ve met as Platinum Members of the Green Business Bureau, this Office Environmental Policy outlines our dedication to responsible environmental management within our office. We believe that by integrating eco-friendly practices into our daily operations, we can contribute to a healthier planet and set an example for our employees and stakeholders.


This policy applies to all team employees of CreativeMC. We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact and promoting sustainability in our office environment. By working together and following this policy, we can make a positive contribution to a greener, more sustainable future.


Resource Conservation: We minimize waste and make efficient use of resources, including paper, energy, and water. This includes adopting a paperless approach where possible and using energy-efficient equipment and lighting.

Reducing Carbon Emissions: We actively seek ways to reduce our carbon emissions through measures such as promoting telecommuting, carpooling, and using public transportation.

Recycling and Waste Reduction: We maintain a recycling program within our office and encourage employees to reduce waste through responsible consumption and recycling.

Energy Efficiency: We strive to reduce energy consumption by implementing energy-saving technologies, turning off lights and equipment when not in use, and setting thermostats at energy-efficient levels

Sustainable Procurement: We source eco-friendly products and services when feasible and support suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability.

Employee Engagement: We educate and engage employees in eco-friendly practices through training and awareness programs. Employees are encouraged to contribute their ideas for improving sustainability.

Compliance with Environmental Laws: We adhere to all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and standards.

Client Engagement: We promote eco-friendly choices with our clients and strengthen our relationships with vendors who share our commitment to Earth-friendly products. We continue to collaborate with vendors to assess their environmental practices and supply chain sustainability to ensure aligned initiatives and development of evolving eco-friendly products and services alongside emerging sustainability technologies.

The Green Team at CreativeMC is responsible for setting the direction of the environmental policy, ensuring its implementation, and regularly reviewing its

The Green Team provides education and monitoring of best practices every quarter.
● Minimizing printing and paper use and going paperless as much as possible
● Utilizing company-provided public transportation benefit
● Using reusable storage, food, and beverage containers
● Abiding by the office recycling program
● Recycling unused SWAG
● Office supply management - recycling options or reuse
● Annual volunteer day or other employee event (e.g., helping the Golden Gate National Recreation Park remove invasive species, helping One Tree Planted plant
trees, etc.)

Employees: All employees are responsible for adhering to the environmental policy and actively participating in eco-friendly initiatives. The Green Team educates and recognizes individual and group accomplishments.

Monitoring and Reporting:
CreativeMC regularly monitors and reports on environmental performance. This includes tracking energy and resource consumption, waste generation, and progress toward sustainability goals.
