Hinge Health Rebrand Kit
Hinge Health, a digital clinic for joint and muscle care, came to us to collaborate on its rebrand after a stressful experience with another swag company. We developed a gift set for Hinge Health’s external customers to showcase the new brand and managed every detail of the process.
How did the project come about?
I had been working with my client on smaller projects, and she really enjoyed how easy it was to work with me and CreativeMC. She reached out to me to determine if I could offer the same type of white glove service for a larger rebranding project. During our initial conversation, it appeared she was having a stressful experience with another vendor, so she wanted to test out working on a larger project together – and we delivered!
What’s the purpose/objective of the project?
Hinge Health went through a rebrand, and the company wanted to gift external customers with a kit that would reveal their new look!
What problem/challenge is CreativeMC solving for the client?
We took care of every detail, no matter the size, and created ease of mind for the client who is handling many other projects beyond ordering swag for the company. I helped ensure the project stayed on track from inception to completion, and my contact truly appreciated that! I not only kept her on track but also coordinated the vendors and our CreativeMC distribution team.
Why did they pick the products they ordered?
As a digital clinic for joint and muscle care, Hinge Health wanted to select items that really spoke to movement and being active. Whether that was through physical fitness or just enjoying the outdoors. We chose a Valucap Classic Dad’s cap, a Sherpa 12 oz. What was the business result or impact?
External users are now familiar with their new branding and can get excited about what’s to come with Hinge Health!

My efficiency, timeliness, project management, budget management, and ability to still have fun throughout the entire project.
What was the biggest problem/challenge you faced in closing this sale or delivering this project?
The biggest challenge was ensuring the product we wanted was in stock and delivered to our distribution warehouse in a timely manner to complete the project.
